The generating principle and the ability of fault diagnosis of some conventional algorithms are analyzed . based on the analysis , a new algorithm named equal weight / complement algorithm is proposed . it is proved through theoretical analyses and simulation experiments that the algorithm can eliminate aliasing - fault syndrome , and decrease confounding - fault syndrome availably 2 、对一些常规边界扫描测试算法的生成思想以及故障诊断能力进行分析,在此基础上对等权值抗误判算法进行改进,提出了一种新的边界扫描测试算法:等权值补偿测试算法。
